The Majestic Hotel

I had a fablous time here in hotel. The hotel has everything mentioned in it. The room & bathroom was clean and nice. Had powerfull hot water in the shower. I do not know why some negative reviews were there. My experience was really nice. Staff were helpful. I had issue while opening and closing the door so the staff explained me how it should work. I got this hotel for a good deal at 52£ so i got what i paid for.

Everything I needed for an easy and comfortable stopover for work. Friendly welcome, comfy bed, clean room, decent shower for a very reasonable price. Location wasn’t particularly important as I arrived late and left early, but the Majestic is right on the seafront, perfectly placed for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel bar looked nice but it was just a bed for the night on this occasion. Would certainly stay again. Thanks to staff.

Very standard hotel in Eastbourne, but ideal for a 1 night stay. The room was clean enough with a private bathroom. Location was good and we were able to walk to the beach/town easily.

Room upgraded to a double can’t really fault anything maybe some minor updates as the place looks a tad dated.

Budget hotel. This is a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Overall, the room was fine. It was large with high ceilings. Windows could not be opened. Curtains just about able to close and missing a few hooks! Adequate storage and hanging space for an overnight stay. Enough sockets. Beds: very comfortable with clean linen. Bathroom: clean where it needed to be! Attention to cleanliness, i.e. hoovering could be better! The water pressure in our room was very low. Told receptionist who sent a man up within minutes. Problem could not be resolved so they gave us the use and option of using/moving to another room with a proper shower. Problem solved. Breakfast was until 10 and was buffet style, with freshly cooked items constantly being replenished. It was perfectly adequate with choices of juices, cereals and cooked food. Tea and coffee. Please don’t expect a gastronomic delight, but it really was fine. Lastly, the staff. They were all very friendly, happy, approachable and helpful. Free parking is on road, but a few minutes walk away. I would stay here again.
