This was one of the worst stay at this hotel. If there is renovations going on management must mentioned on website if it was mentioned then I ll never book this hotel. Initially no heating then they change room again no heating in new room too, on complaint engineer came three times but did nothing and said it ll work in ten minutes but nothing second night we stayed without heating although repeatedly complained in very freezing weather. In the result me and my wife became ill coughing and fever then fifth time I said receptionist lady give us heater otherwise we are going to another hotel, then she asked maintenance people provided portable heater. Which was provided without informing us and placed outside the room after long time I just wanted to reception to ask then I found the portable heater. Next day big noises start to coming from above floor it was unbearable I was sleeping then awakened after complained lady at reception said we have noise in every where in the hotel then I asked renovation area should be isolated but she rudely replied it’s under company policy then I was very much upset and lady offered other room at ground floor and said you ll get noises here too, I said this room is changed twice why I have change again cause my wife is unwell flu and coughing badly due to cold stayed without heater. Four nights we spent extremely uncomfortable and unwell due to cold. Lady at reception offered me two complementary drink as compensation vouchers which I refused to get although on phone she called me for compensation. What a worst stay at Holiday inn Eastleigh.
