Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

This is by far the best vacation ever ! The resort is very well organized , transportation is efficient to and from the airport . Food options were always fresh and delicious . Staff is attentive and kind always. They went the extra mile to make things special for my birthday !

My family and I had a great time staff pleasant, food, activities and entertainment were all great can’t wait to come back. By far this was one of my best Caribbean vacation.

Let me start off by saying that I am not one to write reviews.I read every recent review in the weeks leading up to our trip even the ones posted the day before our trip. We got back yesterday so this is a really recent review. With that said, my family and I had a great time at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Yes, the seaweed is a problem. However, we knew that going in. It is everywhere in the Atlantic and NOT the resorts fault. They do a great job of removing it so I will not consider that in my review. For starters, Shirlanda and everyone at the concierge were excellent. It pleasantly surprised me that even when we checked out yesterday, they asked about our son by name and had only met him the first day on check-in. Attie and Maxwell at the Adventure Desk were awesome as well. As for the excursions, we did not get to do any thru the resort. Everyone we booked, did not have enough people so the resort could not allow us to book them thru them. Therefore, we had to hire a taxi, and pay for it and the excursions ourselves. With that said, it worked out better in the end. Even with hiring a taxi for a half day and a full day, we saved a little bit of money compared to what we would have paid thru the resort. In addition, we got a more personalized, private tour. We saw and did more than we would have done if we went with the hotel excursions. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and said hello in passing which was nice.

The hotel is fantastic, with so much to do and amazing service, food and drinks. The staff go out of their way to make the experience very special. We enjoyed brilliant exercise classes and facilitated games for the kids. Everyone had such fun! The food was brilliant and they catered superbly for allergies. Nice to have the choice of the a la carte as well as the buffet. Rooms do need a refresh which is planned for September. Overall a fabulous hotel for a very special holiday.
