Where do I start, needed an ironing board and iron so I asked at the desk and they gave me both which was good except what happened to we will bring it to your room. What made it more frustrating was that a Ramada not that far away has an ironing board and iron in every room and a USB port which brings me to the next issue. In this day and age there needs to be at least a single USB port in the room, in the same Ramada near by there is one in all of the rooms that I have stayed in. I know why didn't I stay in that Ramada, well it was full so had to pick an alternative and turns out it's not the same as they are franchised.
Lastly, clean the lifts they were filthy it is very noticeable.

Hotal was ok,service of food and very good quality lovely and hot plenty to order from very good choices in morning for breakfast.The only downfall we had was from the people of reception,I ask on sunday when we arrive for two more pillow as only had four pillows for 4 people but no one bought us any after a man on desk said he look and bring to room in the end i rolled up a single quilt an use as a pillow

Great Location, Terrible Service”
I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.

Hotel in the very isolated area which is very inconvenient for in and out . The Uber driver and Taxi driver couldn’t get to front lobby , customer need to walk to the back door of the gate ( about 10 minutes) to reach Uber with the big luggage. Two of the ladies didn’t excepted when we booked this hotel. First night when we came back to the hotel we didn’t know the Uber driver couldn’t drive to front and he dropped us off at the dark back gate . It was very scared to walked back to the lobby.
