Really nice place, quiet and neat. The staff is friendly and there is a vending machine for those night time cravings. Very accessible to the city center.

Hotel location is accessible specially to tourists. Staffs made sure we got everything we need. We stayed there for 5days and it was excellent.

Clean room and good service. Allows luggage storage for free before check-in time and online customer service response was pretty timely. Perfect location to explore around the city and very close to the coach station

Traveling in August. There are many tourists in Edinburgh and the price is okay. But don't expect any service, but cleanliness. Water will flow out of the bathroom when taking a shower, so be careful.

This room was completely inconsistent with the information provided by Ctrip. It was 411. It only had a double bed. I asked the front desk if I could change the room and was told no. They said that the third party, Ctrip, had a different website than our hotel, so the information was wrong. The front desk looked very impatient, and there was no hair dryer, toothbrush or toothpaste.

So I don't understand why a hotel wouldn't offer WiFi. I would not choose again

The location is ideal, it is close to everything touristy, supermarkets, the bus stop that brings you from the airport,... They leave you the preparations to make coffee or tea in the room and you can even ask for more. If you do not request it, they do not enter your room to fix it, put new towels or coffee, it is done through a cardboard that is placed on the door. The room is not big but you don't want more at all, the only drawback would be the shower which is fixed, it does not have a manual shower head. I would definitely take this hotel again.
