Location is great, right next to the tram/train stops. Lovely bars and places to eat on the door step. Rooms spacious, clean and breakfast is lovely

This hotel stay was amazing. Right from booking until check out, it was very smooth. While I was booking, I believe it was Keiran who helped me cancel and rebook with ease. We had the breakfast in the hotel which was good. But the location of this hotel is impressive everything is close by. All attractions, restaurants, bars, etc are close. Thank you Leonardo for this amazing experience. We will definitely look out for your other properties.

The bottom of my bed was soaking wet which I discovered when I stretched out my feet.Getting out of bed at night when dozed off to get bedding changed also interrupted..Great

A bit tired and lacking the care and attention expected. Breakfast very poor - cold sausages, cold mushrooms and no eggs left!

Really poor room very out dated cheap feeling and can get alot better for the price
Very poor sound proofing
Absolutely horrendous breakfast and undrinkable coffee alot better of at weatherspoons
