Meet the standard of a 4 star hotel; spacious room with strong hospitality! Friendly staff service , only drawback is the location

Overall I thought our stay was excellent and would stay here again. Really nice and helpful as soon as we arrived. It was about a 25min walk from Waverley Station but definitely worth the stay. Lovely fresh bright cosy room with a lovely en-suite. Great coffee machine in the room a lovely touch. Breakfast was a delicious buffet and would make anything different on request depending on how you like your eggs. Lovely stay over thank you 🌟💫

Give a 4-star review as the room is quite small compared with other hotels. The reception and service are all good

Another great stay at a Leonardos Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the bag storage was really useful too. The hotel is in a great location, our room was good and breakfast was tasty. If did get busy at the breakfast stations, but staff were doing all they could to make sure everything was fresh and topped up. Will definitely be making another trip to Edinburgh and staying in this hotel

Super friendly staff. Wonderful room loved how big it was and comfortable sofa and AMAZING bed. Bath was just what we needed after a long walk and lovely bar too

Disappointed that Parking costs were not mentioned upon checking in. Refrigerator in room was not really cold.

I was given a room that was not related to the room I booked. I had booked a room with 2 single beds. We waited for them to come and separate the beds because there was no other room. The breakfast was very simple and inadequate.

Location is great, right next to the tram/train stops. Lovely bars and places to eat on the door step. Rooms spacious, clean and breakfast is lovely

This hotel stay was amazing. Right from booking until check out, it was very smooth. While I was booking, I believe it was Keiran who helped me cancel and rebook with ease. We had the breakfast in the hotel which was good. But the location of this hotel is impressive everything is close by. All attractions, restaurants, bars, etc are close. Thank you Leonardo for this amazing experience. We will definitely look out for your other properties.

The bottom of my bed was soaking wet which I discovered when I stretched out my feet.Getting out of bed at night when dozed off to get bedding changed also interrupted..Great

No water for every day the room door broken after clean up not yet to close room door

Location is ok walking distance to central areas , staff were great, food and bar not bad, points for parking in a city area.
