Cozy hotel situated very close to the city centre of Edinburgh. Staff are very nice and the rooms are modern

Although the room was not very big the company was very welcoming and it was close to the railway station.

The room is too small for couples. We got 3 suitcases and can only open 1 of them.

Good location, approximate within 30 mins walk to most attractions and surrounded with many cafes. Room is clean, but lack of amenities. Remember to bring your own kettle, cups and toiletries. No proper hanging space for clothes. P/S: we booked the wrong room type, which we should have got cozy double room.

No much convenience in the room. Like had to ask the front desk for toothbrush and more, no kettle in room. But the water downstairs is great

The hotel room and the staff are nice. We found out that the hotel doesn’t accept three people to live in a double room which is understandable for us, and the staff offered us a paid upgrade on room type and an extra sofa bed in the room, the facilities are nice and comfortable, and the location is near our sightseeing spots, very convenient! Would definitely recommend this hotel ＜3

The room is very small with poor sound isolation, but the location is convenient and the staffs are nice

The room was compact and small for the price, had difficulty opening the luggage in the room. Breakfast was good.

The facilities in the hotel were excellent. There are some really useful technology features in the room, including mood lighting, smart climate control, and a do not disturb control panel. The room and entire hotel was exceptionally clean, including the bed linen and towels. I was provided with plenty of towels also. The staff in this hotel could not have been more helpful, they provided me an umbrella when it was raining, cutlery for my ordered food, and couldn’t do more to make your stay pleasant. I travel to this area for work frequently, and will need a very good reason not to use this hotel every time in the future.

Good location, affordable price, clean, modern rooms and very friendly staff. Will surely stay here again for my next visit!

Love the view from the hotel cafe’s window, especially in the morning. Good refreshment with a cup of black tea there!

This place is wonderful! The room is clean and the service is great. The only problems are: there are no windows in our room, the shower is leaking

Very nice hotel. The room is not very big but clean enough. It is close to Edinburgh conference center, and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. A little far from train station.
