Staying for 2 nights only provides you with 1 bottle of 350ml water. You need to drop G/F refill by yourself, it's too uncomfortable! In addition, there is a problem with the bathing and hand sanitizer placement in this room! Keep bath soap by the sink! There is hand sanitizer in the shower room! The reception was notified the next morning, but no improvement the second night!

You just know what you're getting when you book into a premier inn hotel. Great service, well trained and courteous staff and clean, comfortable rooms. This one was no different to others I stayed in and I had a great time. The breakfast is definitely worth booking as you get freshly cooked food and as much of it as you can eat. The hotel itself is located in the heart of the city and EVERYTHING you need is a short walk away. If heading to Edinburgh give this some serious thought as your base, you will not be disappointed.

Arrived early to this hotel Saturday morning. We had been up since 3am for our early morning flight to Edinburgh. Fernández checked us in for £10 early check-in. This was extremely welcomed as we were tired. Check-in was quick, and lots of information was given. We had room 510. The room was spotless and perfect for us for 2 days. We received a bottle of prosecco and some goodies.. such a lovely touch. Fernández really is great. Our 2 day stay was perfect. The hotel is in an ideal spot with restaurants and bars nearby. The seating area and complimentary teas and coffee are nice, nice environments to chill out in. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for extra things like pillows. A really great stay.

Large rooms good except for the duvets as they are just left lying on top of bed and all wrinkled which makes them very scruffy looking. Shower and toilet are fine still a bit grubby but are OK for a few days. Carpets are all stained need cleaning . Breakfast is ok for £5 if you like porridge and toast. Think it's a bit expensive for what you get. Small reception area we're you can leave your luggage if your early for check in which I think it's a bit late at 3pm but for an extra £10 , you can get an early checking but only if available which wasn't in our case. Beds are too firm.

This is our go to hotel in Edinburgh and we have stayed many times and never been dissatisfied. The location is really good and convenient for the railway station and the many buses available for exploring the city and surrounding areas. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We always have a ‘bigger room’, it is definitely worth the small amount extra. The standard rooms are fine but for couples if you are used to a king size bed at home the bed might be too small/and the overall space in the room. We arrived on a busy afternoon to check in but the staff were welcoming and helpful, when we requested a quiet room on a high floor and extra pillows, Marta sorted this out and always had a smile and a hello when passing by. There are no tea making facilities in the room but free tea and coffee etc is available in the lounge/bar area. We always just pop a small travel kettle in our case as it is handy if you like a tea or coffee when you wake up. We will be back without hesitation, and would not look to stay anywhere else.

This was the first time we had stayed in one of Premier Inn’s Hub hotel and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. We opted for the larger room which means that there is access to either side of the bed. Storage was ample with both hanging space, under bench cupboard and under bed storage. The bathroom was compact but functional although I am not sure about why they chose to use frosted class for the bathroom door as it limits privacy to some extent and also the door easily slammed when closing. A benefit of the Hub was the free tea and coffee in the cafe/lounge area on the ground floor which was great. Location wise it is excellent within easy walking distance of all main attractions as well as a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Our room was opposite a stair lift which when operated made a beeping sound which could be heard from the room. Not a huge issue. Overall, we stayed for three nights and had a great time.

The location of the hotel is great for Princes St Waverley station etc. The check in was easy, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The room is very compact but had a comfortable bed, a good shower and a very clever lighting and heating control in the headboard. I will certainly stay there again.

It’s in a perfect location, small walk from Waverley railway station. Room was ok and the washroom design is very poor. Considering its a very small room, washrooms should have airtight doors, not transparent and a way to ventilate quickly.

Was pleasantly surprised by how fab this wee hotel was! My room was spotless, bed was so comfy. The staff were great. The hotel is in a great location. Free tea and coffee in the bar area was available. As a solo female guest I felt safe staying here. Will definitely return!
