The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The space was very spacious, enough to accommodate a family. It came with a washing machine and a kitchen, though you'll need to buy your own condiments for the kitchen. It's a bit of a distance from Edinburgh city center, but a taxi ride is under £10, making it very convenient. Public transport is also an option.

The room largely matched the description and offered good value for money overall. However, the fridge in our room was broken and wouldn't close properly. After speaking with the front desk, they fixed it while we were out on the second day. It worked for a few hours, but then stopped closing again, so we had to wedge a piece of paper in it. Also, the drain tends to clog easily, so if you're not careful, the bathroom can flood. The heating was good, it was clean and relatively quiet, and had well-equipped kitchen facilities. There's a supermarket within walking distance. There's also paid underground parking available (14 pounds/day). You need to check with the front desk first, then drive a few meters forward, press a button, and the front desk will open the gate for you to park. Edinburgh isn't very big, so if you're up for it, you can walk to the castle and the Old Town. Public transport nearby is also convenient.

The room was fantastic, fully equipped, and we could even make our own breakfast. The numerous security measures at the room entrance made us feel very safe. It was quiet at night, and we could walk to all the attractions. There's also a supermarket nearby. We'll definitely stay here again.

Not so much restaurant around but luckily have one Tesco Express (Convenient store) nearby so can buy anything to cook in the apartment 👍

very dusty and old apartment with very limited service. I booked 1 br apartment with 1 sofa bed. I particularly asked for 3 adults stay and paid much more than 1 br for 2 adults, but at the time we arrived, nothing has been set up for 3 people. We need to set the bed and ask for extra sheet cover, quilt and pillow. the dusty quilt set bag caused me running nose all night. Move over, the staffs delivered different information. the male staff told me the nespresso coffee capsules are free to refill, then few minutes later, the female staff told me the coffee capsules are charged while I ask for refilling. during my stay 3 nights, there is no clean service at all. with paying for over 300 pounds per night, this service is not acceptable. 完全不推薦哩間服務公寓，俾左服務公寓價格，但完全冇服務。訂三人一間房，夜晚抵達公寓查看房間僅夠兩人使用。通知前台要求重新set，最終也僅是俾多一套床品自己set。床品塵蟎導致我一晚鼻敏感。 超過3000港紙一晚竟然在幾粒膠囊咖啡上說法不一，一陣免費一陣又要收費。如此混亂管理。三日完全沒有服務也沒有清掃。本次旅途中最差體驗。

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Supermarkets are within walking distance, which made preparing our own dinner and breakfast very convenient. The castle is about a fifteen-minute walk away, and the train station is roughly a ten-minute taxi ride.

This is a wonderful serviced apartment in Edinburgh. The living room features a fold-out sofa bed, allowing it to comfortably sleep four people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a supermarket conveniently located nearby, making it easy to buy groceries and prepare delicious meals. The area is very quiet, and Edinburgh Castle is just a 20-minute walk away.

Room is spacious and clean, comes with all amenities (plates, dishwashers, washing machine etc). Just a short walk from haymarket which is still pretty convenient. Noting that they charge for baggage storage

The location is a bit far from the City Center and busy places, you have to walk 30 minutes if you want to get to the city center

The location is fantastic – very close to Grassmarket and just about a 10-minute walk to Edinburgh Castle. What's even better is that the room comes with a kitchen, and there's a Chinese supermarket nearby, which makes cooking your own meals incredibly convenient.

I love staying there. the staff friendly and helpful . this is second time staying here. I strongly recommend staying here . u can cook, there's sufficient heater in the room. heating rack is nice to dry ur clothes. close to bus station

Good living environment, quiet, the room is big, with a lovely kitchen. 10 mins walk to city centre. 3 mins walk to nearest supermarket. Free and convenient luggage storage before checkin or after checkout. Highly recommended
