A 42" wall mounted HDTV with cable and Netflix for your viewing. The master bedroom is on the left with queen bed, 28" HDTV, and en suite bath. The master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. On the right side of the property is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bath, TV and sliding doors to the deck. This bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower and hair dryer. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.
