Location was fantastic being right by Tokyo tower and offering some amazing views. The room was amazing and comfortable. We also had the breakfast which was nice and included a small buffet.  Customer service could be a touch better with room service forgetting to bring us some things we needed but all in all this is a fantastic hotel!

I stayed at the Ginza Edition Hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and was really amazed by its service! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, and the concierge was waiting at the door, quickly helping me with my luggage, which was very considerate. When checking in, I was able to sit comfortably on the sofa and choose a drink, and then someone led me to the room and explained every detail in detail. During my stay, whether I asked about nearby good places to go or needed additional items, the staff responded quickly, responded to my requests, and were always friendly and polite. When it came to check-out, the process was smooth and efficient, and they would also ask about my stay. Although the hotel is excellent in design, location, and catering, this impeccable service is undoubtedly the biggest highlight, making my trip to Tokyo unforgettable. Next time I come to Tokyo, I will choose this place!

Very satisfied, I like this hotel very much, it is worth recommending. Hygienic and good. The environment is good. First-class service and complete facilities! Very nice. It's worth trying this hotel.

The room was quite spacious. The city view was decent, but a Bund view would have been much better – unfortunately, I couldn't book one.

Driving to the hotel was a bit tricky. The lanes opposite the entrance are only marked for left and right turns, but you can actually drive straight in.

Service: All the staff were very pleasant. The staff member who helped with my luggage upon departure even thoughtfully directed me through the restaurant to avoid the midday sun.
