Quality Inn West Edmonton Reviews

I had reserved a stay at this hotel, but our project was delayed due to not receiving the required materials. I reached out to the hotel to request assistance with rescheduling or a refund, but unfortunately, neither Trip.com nor Quality Inn West Edmonton provided any coordination or support in this difficult situation. During such challenging times, we expect a degree of understanding and flexibility from local businesses—not an additional hassle on top of the unexpected costs we’re already facing. I ended up paying for a stay I couldn’t use, for reasons completely beyond my control, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of cooperation shown.

Small cosy hotel. Located close to West Edmonton mall. Not a bad choice of food for breakfast, standard for hotels of this level in Canada. Friendly staff at the reception. The room has everything you need. The only thing that could be improved would be to add pillows with different degrees of firmness.

Staff are friendly and the location is good! I brought my little dog with me, so I love the room without carpet! The room was big and with free breakfast. For the amenities, they only provided shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. And if the hotel can be equipped with a microwave instead of sharing one ok the ground floor, that would be great!

Breakfast was awesome! The lighting in the bathroom was kinda dim.

Fair place for business visits as the location is convenient, room is spacious.

Great location if you need the mall or west side. Breakfast was good, the room clean, ample parking.

Most staffs are always friendly, helpful, & accommodating.

It was dirty in the lobby and halls elevator and the front desk lady wasn’t friendly demanding credit cards for dd and no cash which left an elderly man to have to leave at 1130 pm

Good area location wise. When it comes to the hotel, noise from other rooms can be heard most of the time. It was a good stay otherwise.

The hotel is a good value for the price, except for the poor soundproofing. There’s no view, but the breakfast was decent.

Clean and remodeled interior, but there is no soundproofing between rooms and too much outside sound can be heard through the door.

Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast buffet was decent. No complaints
