Stayed 2 nights, I called reception to clean up room when I leave, when I back to room at the night time, the room didn’t clean up:(

I really like the style and comfort in the breakfast area. There is even decaf coffee which is great for me. I think the stylish room we had was relaxing and different from the other regular hotels. Very comfortable. Relaxing. Staff are very friendly too.

Customer service was excellent. Tanya is the best. I was going for Spine surgery the next morning and I needed more pillows for my comfort and she got them for me.
I was fasting so I didn't have breakfast, my husband wasn't very impressed, usually breakfast is tasty but he said this time it was bland....maybe this was just a one off issue. I love this hotel location.

Most honest review. Checked in Jan 14 when it was -38 outside and everything was going great until I got into my room to find someone had left the AC unit on and it was 14c in the room. It took 4 hours to warm up the room to 23. When I approached the front desk person they were very passive about it and said they would pass on the information to the maintenance crew?? No offer to move rooms, no "I'm sorry here is a blanket"
given my kids were already settled and I had ordered pizza. we just left it as is.
beside that, everyone else was friendly and the place was in great condition. Probably the best morning breakfast I've had at a hotel.

My brother-in-law was released from the hospital at 10:30 at night, after a day surgery. He had not eaten for 24 hours. The staff at the hotel when and got him apples, oranges and bananas. Very caring staff members.

This property has great customer service. Upon arrival to our room my children 3 & 7 years old asked me about all the chocolate crumbs on the floor…upon further inspection I found the room to be unsatisfactory for my kids to be crawling around on the carpet. We left for a cirque du solei performance and then supper and upon our return the front desk staff acknowledged the dirty room and moved us to a much cleaner unit.. they were very professional and accommodating. When we checked out in the morning they greeted us with a $15 Tim Hortons card and told us to never apologize for an unclean room that they are in the hospitality business and the cleaning staff did an unsatisfactory job. Thank you for being so gracious…we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Checked with us after checking in to see that everything was to our liking. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was excellent!! Will definetly stay here again!
