This hotel stay was terrible. We were booked for a month because our building construction was delayed. My brother is deaf and has a service dog. He was kicked out of the breakfast hall and the restaurant for having her with him, even though he could show that she was a service animal. We found a cockroach in the room. Over all this was a nightmare. When we complained to the Manager, he stated that he would investigate and find out from head office what the protocols were for service animals at their hotel, to which we reminded them that their protocols cannot go against the laws. We checked out a few days early and chose to stay in an apartment for the time being instead.
