Candlewood Suites WEST EDMONTON - MALL AREA by IHG

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. However, there were a couple of downsides to our experience. The pool was quite small and shared with the hotel next door, so it got really crowded over the weekend. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for the kids to enjoy their swim, especially after a long day out when they were looking forward to unwinding before bedtime. Another issue was the slow WiFi, which made it frustrating when trying to stream a movie at night—it kept buffering. That being said, the overall experience was great. The cleanliness and hospitality stood out, and we would definitely consider coming back during the slow season when we might have a better chance to enjoy the pool and improved WiFi.

Always wonderful customer service, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Amazing front desk staff always willing to help witha smile

The rooms were well laid out with the superb kitchen and excellent work space. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the walk in shower. Ample parking. There was always space to park near the front. Look forward to stay at a Candlewood Hotel in the near future.

This hotel has really gone downhill. So much noise and partying at night and with no staff on the premises it doesn’t get dealt with.

Great rooms! Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Underground parking was a nice touch. The hot tub/pool is shared with the Holiday Inn so it was pretty full during our stay.

Room was clean and large, staff was extremely helpful, walk in shower was large and spacious, sound didnt really travel through the hall which was nice.
