"I was surprised at how nice the hotel room accommodations were. The rooms were excellent, roomy, the bar refrigerator was an extra large refrigerator, full sink and plenty of storage place. I didn’t realize that the hotel was Immediately next to the top of the Powder Monkey ski lift. Incredibly convenient to start your snowboarding day. We really appreciated the included breakfast which was pretty solid."

"We arrived at the Old Clark Inn on Sunday July 11 th. Soaked to the bone from a downpour after starting our journey on the Greenbrier River Trail in Cass. We were warmly greeted by Caley and shown to our rooms to shower and dry out our gear. The secured bike storage was a plus which allowed us to leave some items on our bikes. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. Since it was Sunday, Caley strongly advised us to get dinner earlier in the evening because the restaurants were known to close early. We took her advice and found a place nearby. After dinner we met some fellow riders staying there as well and conversed about our adventures/misadventures in the comfortable living room. After breakfast the next morning we’re were dried out and ready to go. If you are planning a trip to Marlinton, you don’t have to look any further than the Old Clark Inn for a restful stay and to be treated well!"
