Postive Efficient service Large modern room with wood panels and great bed Good breakfast Negatives Room was so cold. No heating in room. Underfloor heating not on as transitional season even though it was so cold. They had to bring an electrical heater. I read reviews saying it was too hot in summer , now it was too cold Bathroom light comes in automatically but then stays on and it’s a glass door so it’s bright at night No hooks or heater on bathroom for towels This was in the modern rooms. They look good but ate impractical. I am not sure I would stay again

We stopped here on our way to Champagns. It was a typical Swiss-hotel, clean, wood, fairly minimal. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! No air conditioning was a challenge throughout the hotel which was hot, humid and close. We ask reception for a fan for our room which we had on all night. Nice staff, local neighbourhood on a very busy roundabout so we suggest a bedroom overlooking the back (there are earplugs in the rooms). Good value for the area except the restaurant! There are no other restaurants around which accounts for the high prices of the one on sight. The food was good (attentive wait staff) but we were not happy about the two tables smoking around us even though on a terrace. We understood smoking to be forbidden in restaurants in Switzerland even on a terrace (open on two sides). We would otherwise have gone elsewhere as this one had ashtrays on all tables. It was also expensive for the fairly basic food we had.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Astonishingly good value - lovely large room, clean and comfortable, helpful staff, good wifi, generous breakfast. Last time we were here the kitchen was closed, but I can now report that the restaurant is excellent, albeit rather more expensive than the hotel. The hotel is located in a small village conveniently close to the motorway; surprisingly, there was pretty regular traffic through the village throughout the night. The earplugs they supply are needed. This is mainly a place to stay en route; there is little else to see or do in the village. Overall excellent - we will be back.

My room was upgraded and I enjoyed my stay in the lovely room. I was in town for a funeral and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The dinner in the restaurant was also very nice. I can recommend this hotel very much and would stay there again with pleasure.

Hotel molto comodo, vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada e con un ampio parcheggio compreso nel prezzo. Camere economiche pulite e ampie, tappa ideale per chi è di passaggio. Ottima e ricca la colazione a buffet. Punto forte rapporto tra qualità e prezzo. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Onderweg van Italië naar huis overnacht in dit hotel. Super vriendelijk en attent personeel aan de balie en in het restaurant. Onze oudste zoon heeft een beperking en er werd heel lief meegedacht over wat wel en niet handig zou zijn. Het eten en drinken in het restaurant was heel goed verzorgd. Natuurlijk prijzig in Zwitserland maar dat is bekend. De kamer prima voor een gezin, het kan moderner maar ook dit is niet vreemd in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland. Het was wel heel schoon. Het enige verbeterpunt wat ons betreft zou een airco zijn, dat slaapt toch fijner in de zomer. Al met al een prima hotel en restaurant met lief personeel waar we vast nog eens naar toe gaan.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questa struttura che si è dimostrata molto buona. La camera si è rivelata molto pulita e ben arredata con tutto a disposizione per il cliente. Il personale molto accogliente e gentile. Si è cenato al ristorante dell’hotel dove sia le pietanze che il servizio ci hanno pienamente soddisfatto. Un indirizzo da tenere sicuramente in considerazione. Grazie a tutti per il bel soggiorno.

Könnte besser sein Das Essen war durchschnittlich,die Rösti war für so ein Haus leider ungenügend und nicht frisch zubereitet das Gemüse ohne liebe,schade für ein Chaine Lokal . Der Service so wie Mans in der Schule gelernt hat ,schade das Der Küchen Chef nicht mehr selber am Küchengerät steht .Für uns ist es leider nicht unser Lokal, schade
