Après un problème de voiture, je suis arrivé tard (un peu après minuit) et il y avait quelqu'un dans la chambre que j'avais réservé. Heureusement, l'astreinte téléphonique (sur un numéro payant :-!) a été réactif et de bon niveau en me retrouvant une chambre pour mon fils moi. Impression très mitigée.

Le service est top et la bienveillance de Rose est remarquable. Hôtel bien situé, peut-être légèrement bruyant si l'on est sensible au bruit (mon cas).

Hôtel assez bien situé, facile d'accès , avec parking et possibilité de restauration alentour. Chambre classique, pas très grande mais propre et parfaite pour un petit séjour. Nous revenons ici à chacun de nos passages à Thiers et apprécions l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la gérante.

Manque de confort de la literie Salle de bain sale Buffet pas très équilibré peu de protéines et bcp. De produits sucrés manque d isolation phonique Heureusement que la personne a l accueil était souriante Je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit. Je n y retournerai pas
