The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport, a blessing if you have an early flight. Parking spots are available at a high price - for an outdoor parking… The rooms are nice, we had two neighboring rooms with a connecting door (inside the room). Everything was clean and of a good quality. Bed was of good quality too, although the pillows were too hard and too thick for my taste. What I did not like was the desk in the room: it was too small to put your laptop and other papers in a comfortable manner. We did not hear a single plain, not sure this was due to no flights (we arrived rather late and left very early) or because of the good noise isolation. I cannot comment on breakfast, as we left really early. What was amazing: the two people at the desk in the early morning did not speak a word Dutch – this was in the Netherlands!

When you stay at the hotel and you want to go to the city centre then follow the path to the right as you come out the main door and follow it toward the tunnel that will take you underground under the main road and lead you safely to the centre. There are no crossings to get to the hotel otherwise. We had been in touch with Ihsaan from customer service before our stay and Ihsaan had been very helpful and professional with any queries we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly also. The only issue we had was that the breakfast was expensive. The food was plentiful though and there was plenty of choice for all and the service staff there were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location and is literally only up the road from PSV Eindhovens stadium also. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station which is great if you are getting the number 400 bus to or from Eindhoven airport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby also.
