This is the most fantastic hotel anyone could hope for !!!!!! In the states the price would be twice as much. Everything about this property is superb and beautifully maintained. If you want to visit the Wartburg castle this is the place to stay . We cannot rave enough. Our meal in their diningroom was worthy of a five star hotel !

Absolutely 1st class place The staff are excellent The food is wonderful The suite we had was perfect The whole experience was faultless. Definately worth the cost as it is expensive but superb Its a taxi ride from the train station and costs about 20 euros Highly recommend and possibly the best place we’ve stayed in Again all the staff were wonderful

Anyone who ever wanted to stay in a castle, will adore the setting of this spectacular area and lovely hotel. The common rooms and restaurant are classically furnished with spectacular views. The breakfast is very good. The guest rooms however, leave somewhat to be desired, primarily space. The rooms are very small (20sq m) leaving no room to move or for luggage, something that could be helped by putting in luggage racks rather than chairs. The bathrooms are also small with a bathtub but not shower or shower curtains. The service, particularly in the restaurant is excellent.

Wir waren einfach enttäuscht - mit 30 Freunden im Restaurant essen und es war einfach nur eine Blamage für die Gastronomie. Der Service war mangelhaft, die Getränke kamen nur schleppend. Das Essen sollte Thüringer Bratwurst, Wildbraten und Wels sein, aber war unterstes Fertigprodukt-Niveau. Die Bratwurst kalt, die Kartoffeln hart. Enttäuschung pur und nicht zu empfehlen. Der Blick auf die Umgebung war das einzig Positive. Zum Glück.ging es dann mit dem Shuttlebus Richtung Eisenach. Das Essen ist einer Wartburg absolut nicht würdig!

有名なワルトブルク城のすぐそばにある、由緒ある文化財的ホテル。昼間や夕暮れにホテルから眺めるテューリンゲンの森は素晴らしく、「ここに来てよかった」という気持ちが湧き上がった。また早朝の森は一面、霧に覆われていて、次第に霧がはれていく光景も最高だった。一泊だったが、部屋もレストランもリラックスできる最高の雰囲気であり、今回の旅行を一層素晴らしいものにしてくれた。スタッフは親切で、心地よいホスピタリティが感じられた。

Zimmer sind sehr klein. Keine Klimaanlage, was bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur kein spaß mehr war. Fenster wurden vom Personal freundlicherweise geschlossen wenn man lüften wollte, Fledermausschutz hip oder hop, dafür gibt es Netze wir hatten über 30 Grad im Zimmer. Sauberkeit ist ok wenn man sich die Badewanne/Dusche nicht zu genau anschaut... aber kein 5 Sterne Niveau. Im Großen und Ganzen, es gibt einen unterschied zwischen einem Antiken Gemäuer und einem Alten Haus... hier fallen die Dübel von selber aus der Wand, was ich hier Wörtlich meine... Das Angebaute Restaurant hatte auch keine 5 Sterne Qualität, nur den Preis von einem, im Grunde wie das Hotel. Für alle die Buchen wollen, der Parkplatz kostet extra 15€ pro Nacht. Personal sehr freundlich, was der einzige Grund ist warum hier 2 Sterne vergeben werden. Leider nicht zu empfehlen, aber die Aussicht auf die Burg war schön.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, gerade mal Platz genug, um um das Bett herum zu gehen (und das in gebückter Haltung). Der Einstieg in die Dusche (sehr hohe Badewanne) ist nur was für sportliche und rüstige Gäste. Der Service im Innenhof (Kaffee+Kuchen+Snacks) dauert endlos lange - die Servicekräfte wirken überfordert. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist überschaubar. Auch beim Frühstück ist der Service "geht so" - wir mussten mehrmals um eine Kanne Kaffee bitten. Definitv kein 5-Sterne-Niveau (nur der Preis !!!)

Hier in diesem Luxushotel fühlt man sich durchweg wohl. Guter Service tolle Lokalität direkt unterhalb der Wartburg und eine phantastische Aussicht. Hier kann man sehr gut Speisen und es sich gut gehen lassen vorausgesetzt man hat das nötige Kleingeld.
