Esplendor by Wyndham El Calafate

I highly recommend this hotel. It's located halfway up the mountain, offering panoramic views of the entire town, the lake, and the snow-capped mountains. The hygiene is excellent, and the room has multiple radiators, making it very warm. Even when we woke up late and missed breakfast, they specifically asked what we'd like and prepared a separate meal for us. The service is fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here.

The service leaves much to be desired. Breakfast and food in the restaurant are not tasty at all. The rooms are large but uncomfortable. The staff is inattentive and unwelcoming.

We stayed with a group of three. The hotel is located above the main street, about a 10-minute walk away. The lobby is cozy, and the rooms are quite large and warm. However, we did have an issue with the elevator, and we got stuck. The hotel has a small, heated pool and spa. There are no kettles or tea making facilities in the rooms; complimentary drinking water is available from a dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast is quite filling, but the portions are small. If the breakfast is crowded, you may have to wait for it to arrive. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily.

The best hotel in the area, right? The heating is great
