Beautiful hotel. I especially loved the incredible views from the breakfast area/lounge and the bedrooms. Everything overlooks the lake. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It has a heated pool, and they provide towels. The breakfast was delicious and varied. While there's no restaurant, you can order delivery and eat on-site; they provide the tableware. One less positive aspect is its high location, requiring a fairly steep climb to reach. This could be difficult for elderly or disabled guests. However, it's close to the city center, and taxis are reasonably priced. The reception is open 24 hours a day. There's Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay. The view was spectacular, the cleanliness and facilities were great, and the staff provided exceptional service. It made all the difference compared to other experiences we've had. Honestly, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

A very warm and welcoming hotel with a lovely view. The rooms are small but functional and very well maintained. The hotel has a delightful pool. There's no restaurant, but breakfast is served. Parking is available. When we visited, the elevator was out of service, but there aren't many floors, so it's not a big deal.

A very nice hotel with an incredible view from its breakfast area. We arrived early, so they offered us a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The staff is excellent, always available and very friendly. It's not in the city center, but everything is nearby. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel, the pool was excellent for relaxing after excursions, the rooms were very cozy, the temperature was perfect throughout the hotel, the breakfast was delicious, and best of all: the service. Highly recommended. Karina and Diego.

Hotel situado en un lugar algo elevado con muy buenas vistas . Desayuno sencillo pero completo, posibilidad de cenas y de viandas para excursiones. Valor diferencial la piscina climatizada con horario extenso ideal tras las excursiones y el frío. Servicio muy atento. Un hotel sencillo pero interesante opción. Recomendable.

La comida es mediocre. Algunas en mal estado... como frutas feas o medialunas con gusto a aceite rancio. La limpieza pésima. En la semana que nos alojamos solo hicieron la cama. Los pisos (tanto alfombrados como de ceramica) no los limpiaron ni una sola vez ya que al volver encontrábamos la misma suciedad y cada vez mas. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha todo del pasillo y de las habitaciones contiguas y cuando digo todo es TODO. Me desaparecieron unos auriculares en la habitación y no hubo buena voluntad de la gerencia para siquiera hablar del tema.

Excelente hotel y la atención de quienes trabajan en el, en especial quienes están en recepción, hicieron que nos sintamos cómodas y nos brindaron ayuda e información cuando lo necesitamos. Vistas espectaculares !!
