I have just come back from a 3 night stay and this place was great. Set 1 street back from the beach, the position is excellent, and the hotel itself met my expectations. You check in at the sister hotel, Jova Boutique, which is about 100 metres away, and the process is quick and simple. Mar Azul does not have any reception facilities but anything you need can be dealt with by the staff at Jova Boutique. My room was at the side of the hotel, with 3 single beds, wardrobe, table, TV and a clean bathroom. The shower could have been a little more powerful but this was a minor issue. The room was cleaned each day, and the hotel, itself, was vary clean, throughout. This is a good budget option and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place, although the facilities at Jova Boutique, are much better but you obviously pay that much more.

Perfecto, de esos establecimientos a los que la categoría (**) no les hace justicia: limpio, cómodo, amplio, a 50 m la playa, acogedor.....Nos alojamos casi de rebote porque fue un viaje relámpago y casi sin tiempo de programar y tuvimos la suerte de encontrarnos con Mar Azul. La gestión la hacen desde otro Hotel, el Boutique Jova, que está a 200m en la misma calle y donde todo fueron facilidades, amabilidad y atención. Se agradece este trato y servicio que hacen que valoremos la estancia en lugares turísticos en lo que pensamos a priori que vamos a ser "unos turistas más". Totalmente recomendable el restaurante Xarxa del Hotel Jova, con cocina innovadora y servicio excelente
