"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights in a well designed room at this gorgeous property. The best part was the incredibly kind and helpful host, Xavi, who offered guidance for many aspects of our touring in the area. Though it was too cool for us to use the pool, we enjoyed the beauty of their gardens. The common areas are lovely, where we enjoyed wine and snacks graciously served by Xavi, and the breakfast at his dining room table was outstanding. Girona is a great destination and a wonderful base for touring the beautiful countryside."

"I had to stay here for several nights due to certain circumstances. Now I know what a low-quality hostel looks like. One night is okay, but no more! 1. Some rooms don’t have a space heater, so in winter you’ll freeze. The temperature is the same as outside. 2. The lockers are narrow and break easily. 3. Breakfast is skimpy. 4. Overall, the hostel feels abandoned and uncomfortable. 5. They always close the kitchen!!! So be ready you can't use it whenever you want and your groceries in the fridge. 6. There’s no hot water in the shower!!! But you probably won’t want to take a shower anyway, because it’s cold inside! 7. Speaking of roommates…Just carry your things with you and be ready to wake up at night if someone decides to turn on the light."

"The Staff was super nice and they were trying to help if I had a problem. They were many solo bathrooms in which you could take your shower and get ready in. The staff was trying to make me feel at home which I actually did and were really kind and useful. The house is cozy and small. The decoration is nice and the garden too.The free breakfast is delicious and vast. The emplacement is good and is near the train station. Overall, a very good experience!!!"

"Stayed here on our first & last night walking the Cami de Ronda. Excellent apartment in the Jewish quarter of the old town with a great atmospheric vibe to it. We loved the terrace and inner courtyard adorned in fragrant plants and flowers. We spent a lovely last few hours with a bottle of wine under the stars in the courtyard. The very helpful and friendly owners received us at Hotel Historic and stored our bags on the final day. Great place to experience the real heart of lovely Girona."

"For the price, it was a really "budget" hotel. No hairdryer, small towels, paper cups in the bathroom, no closet in the room... Plus, our Trip reservation (which was confirmed, and finally, it was) didn't appear on paper. They told us they were sorry, but they wouldn't give us a room. Not cheap for what they were offering, and it's not even very central."
