I had a great experience at Maia Hotel. The reception staff, Atef, was very kind and helpful. He did his best to arrange an early check-in for us after our long overnight flight, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and warm hospitality!. All the stage were nice and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. The host/staff were warm, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions.

Amazing experience, .second time visiting this hotel , staff very friendly especially riyad always willing to give you amazing customer service, breakfast amazing as usual a d great hospitality and very reasonably priced a d lastly berges du lac is the best high end location in all of tunis

Excellent, polite and professional and fast service. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and with nice kitchenettes. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with natural ingredients, delicious local and European food and fresh coffee and natural juices.
