Overall, my experience at this hotel was average.
* Reception: The night reception staff member was rude and unprofessional. The female receptionists during the day were also not very helpful and did not seem to pay much attention to guests or provide good customer service.
* Valet Parking: The valet staff were excellent. They were among the best employees in the hotel—friendly, respectful, and very helpful.
* Restaurant: The restaurant staff were good, polite, and provided satisfactory service.
* Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing exceptional.
* Facilities & Maintenance: The hotel has recurring maintenance issues. The air conditioning is frequently out of order, and there are frequent power outages, which negatively affected my stay.
I hope the hotel management improves the reception service and addresses the maintenance issues, as these problems significantly impact the overall guest experience.
