Incredible place, environment and personalized service. Amenities are perfect for a long weekend to enjoy with couple. There are multiple activities (trekking, cycling and other) and an excellent spa. Meals and rest areas are special to relax and meditate.

Casamolle is exceptional. Rooms are confortable and quiet. Employees go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. Ana welcomed us very warmly and Marta, who catered to our every need while we had our meals had such a contagious smile, she warmed our hearts. Our spa experience was also very good, as was the yoga class. The golf course is a bit small, and we thought could use a little more maintenance, but the service was so good it made up for that. A property to remember: the decoration and setting are remarkable. Totally recommend this incredible hotel.

What a positive surprise! We loved it so much, that we decided to stay an extra 5 nights. The Casa has a super relaxed atmosphere, food is fantastic, we loved the wines from the valley and with people like Felipe looking after us, we felt like staying at a friends place. We hope to come back, thank you so much!

We were a group of 13 adults and 13 children celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. From the reservation to check out service was fabulous. The family friendly atmosphere, the hotel and its facilities, the service attitude of all the employees permanently striving to make us all feel welcome, the attention to detail, the delicious and abundant food, the spacious rooms, the spa and its indoor pool, sauna and hot tubs, the night fireplace, the magician, live music, pon riding, etc all of these make this place a unique gem in the north of Chile. We could not have had a better family holiday.

A beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We found the entrance to Casa mole very poor, difficult to know you had arrived and as we didn’t have a code to get in.We were stuck outside gate, with no phone reception to call and be let in. We would have thought a buzzer to reception would be appropriate. Without friends already inside, we would not have been able to get in. As a place to relax and do absolutely nothing, this hotel is perfect, unlimited food and drinks, hot tubs, spa for massage, indoor heated pool and gym.We felt that the activities to do during the day could be improved. There were other activities nearby but you had to get yourself there, would have been good to have a minibus offered. Overall enjoyed our experience

Nothing I could complain about , only celebrate and recognise the excellent facilities, beds, food, table setting, and service, particularly from : Felipe (at breakfast and at nights making sure the hot tube was great), Fernando (always attentive and offering a drink or whatever we needed anywhere we were) , Esteban and Viviana too.

I stayed here recently for a girls trip to Chile, and the staff, and our stay exceeded all of our expectations. What made the stay the most memorable (not to mention the amazing food, activities curated by local experts, excellent facilities and offerings to name a few) was the level of personable service by so many members of staff that we encountered. From subtle custom food preferences, to setting up private english-speaking activities for us, to making sure we were picked up from a transfer point, and consistently following up to make sure that we were ok, the staff at Casa Molle really made us feel like cherished guests. Special mention goes out to Claudia, Diego, Carol, Phillipe, Pamela, Oscar, and Pablo for making our stay so personalized and special. We have so many wonderful memories because of this special place and the people who work there. If I could give more stars, I would. Thanks so much for making this trip so wonderful for 4 foreigners visiting Chile for the first time!

Este lugar es realmente pura inspiración: increíbles vistas, gastronomía espectacular, los espacios de reunión equipados y las actividades elegidas cuidadosamente. En cuanto a las habitaciones, son perfectas para un sueño reparador. Es como dormir en una nube. Es realmente el mejor hotel de Chile, por lejos.
