Beautiful place with great views and friendly staff and great breakfast. To make it a better experience they could improve the pool as it was dirty. Also the walls of the room was very thin and you could hear everything from the next room. The plumbing was not good and the shower didn’t always work.

Really awesome view love the view. Massive hill to get to villa, nothing mentioned about that in booking but they do run a van up and down the hill all day which you have to call them.. but no reception. Really low water pressure and we ran out of toilet paper..

The hotel was in a great location above Vanilla Beach on the outskirts of El Nido. The view from the hotel and our balcony was stunning and a perfect location for watching the beautiful sunset. Unfortunately the hotel was in the middle of changing owners and some services were severely lacking. Our rooms weren’t cleaned for the 3 days we were there, we had to ask for toilet roll and water replacements. Pools weren’t properly maintained either. With some TLC this hotel could be a wonderful place!

Our stay at 89 Villas was okay. The room was definitely a little run down and the shower was always flooding. We had no electricity and running water on our last night, which was due to a power outage in El Nido (which seemed quite common), so not really the hotels fault. For service it was fine, the shuttle always came for us, but during the whole stay it seemed like they didn't really want us to stay there or weren't prepared for guests. Together with the fairly steep price for the room, only 3 stars.

It's a great hotel in a great location, it's a shame we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't clean and we had a two-hour shower water outage.

We didn't like it, there was no water in the tap all the time, it was impossible to wash up or go to the toilet, the hotel was high up on a mountain, the climb up was very difficult, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the breakfasts were disgusting!
