After showering, I had to dry myself with a dirty t-shirt because nothing in the room dries properly. The Wi-Fi constantly cut out, and for the last few days, it didn't work at all. Overall, it was a complete misunderstanding; the only saving grace was the ocean view from the room!
There was mold on the walls, I even saw spots on the mattress. The extractor fan in the shower didn't work at all, the toilet seat was loose, and there was hardly any water pressure in the sink and shower, just a tiny trickle (I assume for economy — even in the suite) – I've attached photos (notice how the faucet is installed). On the last day, the air conditioning even started leaking.
There's no safe, and the door lock sometimes fell out with the key, and I had to reinsert it into the hole.
If you want a somewhat comfortable stay, only book the suite; the price difference isn't that much.
