I had an extremely disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The customer service was by far the worst I’ve encountered. If you’re planning a work trip, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—this place is simply not worth it.
During my stay, there was constant construction happening in the rooms right next to mine, making it nearly impossible to get any proper rest. After long work shifts, the last thing you want is nonstop noise when you’re trying to sleep.
On top of that, the laundry room was out of service for the entire three weeks I was there, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially for an extended stay.
One morning after coming back from work, I found that my room had no power at all. While the front desk offered me another room, after a long shift the last thing I wanted to do was pack up and move all of my belongings just to have basic utilities.
The front desk experience only made things worse. The older woman working there was consistently rude and unhelpful. There were even multiple times I came back after a night shift and found her sleeping at the desk.
Overall, this was a frustrating and exhausting stay. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling for work.
