Very clean n very polite jus staff during the day was no help when needed

I had an emergency and need a place to stay. I booked the room minutes before arriving and my room was ready. I was right next to three fast food restaurants and 2 gas stations, and a shopping plaza. The Hispanics restaurant located at the rear of the hotel has some amazing tacos and a bar of homemade sauces that were purely wonderful. The room was average but the swimming pool was getting some well deserved maintenance.

The place was not clean. The carpet was coming apart. The service was not very friendly but did follow through with my request. This place needs better maintenance for sure it was dirty

Room was nice but have a crack in the toilet.

On the website it indicates that the rate includes breakfast and this is not the case, the hotel does not have a restaurant. Too bad because when we vacation as a family we always look for a rate with breakfast included. This hotel does not have a restaurant, therefore it is misleading advertising. Very disappointed...there is also a lack of maintenance, the old carpet, and also the bathroom tub, very old.

In my experience it was the worst date that we decided to stay at this hotel, since in those days they were repairing the street next to our room (265) we couldn't rest well. Although I am a polyglot, there is a Hispanic girl who does not want to speak Spanish, she assisted us when we checked out on December 11, 2023. The conversation was in English without a problem, since we required information about whether they had service to the airport (they don't have one, they call a taxi and the taxi provides the service.) Regarding the location, it is good, we were able to do our shopping in a shopping center that is right in front of the hotel, you have to get there by car because you have to cross the avenue. (walking is not possible) The other thing is that when we arrived (7:00pm) there were two men outside their room drinking intoxicating drinks and that gave us a little distrust. His room was right below ours. At that time we did not see surveillance or anything like that hanging around the hotel.

The room was poorly ventilated and had a peculiar smell. The sheets are quite dirty. The air conditioner was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep with the air conditioner on. The waiters are nice. What's more convenient is that there is free breakfast. There are not many types but everything you should have.

The room was fine for the price. Good service by the staff and great location for airport travel. The only downside: there were cockroaches in the bathroom, lots of them. I would recommend the place if you are on a tight budget, if you dont mind a few extra guests!

Checked in and then checked out. Mold in shower, roach by toilet. Door would not close and stains on the Mattress cover.very poor set up. Nice Lobby but the rooms are a mess. What more do I have to say to get to 200 characters? Maybe try a another place. Wow, 211!

Overall this place did the job. We just needed a break while traveling cross country. The check in was smooth. Location was great so we could just hop back on the interstate and tons of stores and restaurants near by to stock up for the next leg of our trip. Room was decent not the cleanest but it is a motel and was only there for the short amount of time so it's bearable. Overall decent place to stop for a night.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff. Clean & Fresh. Please understand that this is an older hotel & there is an issue with the shower; the water temp will not hold steady. I just set it a little cooler than I wanted, so it wouldn't get too hot. If this doesn't bother you, it's a great value!! Enjoy! Thanks

Someone came into mess up personal things and the room seemed messier than b When I arrived. Also things moved around when in shower. I have nothing else to say except the staff didn't seem surprised and they had no nothing. Ridiculous.
