The hotel was a bit stingy; for three people, they only provided three 200ml bottles of water, which was nowhere near enough. Breakfast was just okay. The shuttle service was convenient, though. Trip.com customer service was excellent, helping us confirm the shuttle location. They said no reservation was needed, and sure enough, a shuttle was there when we arrived in the evening, running every 20 minutes. The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle service, no prior booking required. Once you arrive at Barcelona Airport Terminal 1, please head to parking lot G, and wait between spaces 6 and 8 for the silver-grey bus. It will have the hotel's logo (BAH) and company name (Canals) printed on its side.

The pool is nothing like the pictures, it's actually tiny. The room was incredibly noisy, I mean, extremely noisy, from night till morning. It was constant noise, whether it was from other guests or hotel staff.

Fantastic free shuttle service from airport to hotel with very friendly driver. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and hotel well equipped. Bed was most comfortable I’ve slept in in a hotel.
