We stayed at the hotel which is newly built and nice with very clean and nice rooms. There is an indoor pool with sauna and a large outdoor pool with adult and children's section. Nice restaurant with bar. Here you can enjoy good Albanian food and European food of many choices. The view from the restaurant is absolutely striking over the entire city of Elbasan. The welcome and courtesy as well as the care we received from the staff and the owner was very nice. Can highly recommend Hotel Panorama in Elbasan.

Nous avons eut la mal expérience d’arrêter à l’hôtel Panorama, l’établissement était vraiment mal entretenue, la nourriture n’était pas bonne. Il n’y a pas d’eau dans les toilettes. Tarifs qui changent. Le propriétaire est désagréable ! A fuir.
