HS Altet Suites - Alicante Airport

"Extremely disappointing experience – guests should be aware of how negative reviews are handled I am posting this review because I believe future guests should know about my experience with HS Altet Suites. After my stay, I posted a negative review based on my experience. The property then contacted me directly and offered a refund, but explicitly linked the refund to changing/removing my negative rating. Their exact messages to me included: “If you can change your rating for us, we will proceed to process your refund.” They later made it even clearer: “We need you to remove the negative review. I've already noted your bank account number to issue the refund.” I complied and deleted the negative review. I even confirmed to them in writing: “I deleted it.” However, I did not receive the promised refund. After I contacted them again, they told me in writing: “monday we did already the refund” and asked me to check my bank account. Despite this statement, I still have not received the money. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and can document everything stated in this review. What concerns me most is not simply the missing refund. It is the way my negative review was handled: I was asked to remove it in connection with receiving a refund, I removed it, and the promised refund has still not reached me. I am therefore posting this review so that other potential guests can make their own informed decision based on my documented experience. I strongly recommend keeping all communication with this property in writing and not removing or changing any review based solely on a promise of a future refund."
