Royal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

If we start with the good, the food is 5 stars, the sea is just a stone's throw away and there is a place to walk, a very beautiful view from the balcony, a very quiet family room! There are a lot of minuses: the pool is not suitable for swimming, it is dirty, there is no cleaning, we wiped the floor ourselves, and a huge minus on the 4th floor there is no hot water, we were forced to heat the water with our one-year-old child and my husband and bathe the child, the toilet smells unpleasant, we took out the trash once. In addition, the cockroaches slept with the lights on. If we talk about the bar, it's a mockery, the old man who poured into small glasses was inconvenient, you have to do it several times and also had a dissatisfied face!

From the beginning of our stay in Bulgaria we reported problems with dirty and damaged rooms, dirty swimming pool, damaged and dangerous playground, cold, tasteless and monotonous meals, lack of drinks and drinking water, half-open aqua park which was dirty anyway. All holidaymakers reported to Tui because of the conditions in the hotel. We did not even have access to the offered dinners in various restaurants. Despite the problems and inconveniences reported by us, Tui did not send a resident to our hotel. They suggested that we file a complaint after returning home. The response to the complaint turned out to be SCANDALOUS. 250 reduction in costs. No help on holiday from the agency! They left us to our own devices. NEVER AGAIN TUI!!! All the more so I found out that its owner is Russian Alexey Mordashov. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TUI

The hotel rooms look more like a sanatorium-dispensary. 4****? It's even a stretch for 3***. - The room stank of sewage for the first 3 days (either disinfection or just from the sewage), then it went away; - There was no shampoo or liquid soap (they reported it on the fourth day after a dozen requests); - The hair dryer didn't work (they replaced it) - You could hear the walls as if they were through cardboard - Dessert - one type of cake (for the first few days), then 2-3; 2-3 types of fruit; - The choice of food is very poor - There are only 1/4 of the hotel's sunbeds and umbrellas - Internet only in the lobby, but it's just zero (pages don't open) - There were flies in the food twice - Catch a cold, which is also a pillowcase, made of two pieces... - The reception just went in one ear and out the other - Cleaning is done for 2 days, then not for 5 Pros: - Large room - Almost all rooms have a sea view, but don't take the first floor (you won't see anything except a tree)

Zakwaterowanie jest od godz 14:00, jednak aby nie dac nam posilku opaski dostalismy po 14:30, kiedy konczy sie obiad. Tak wiec pierwszy posilek zjedlismy o 18:30. Pomimo obiecanego prowiantu na powrot nie dostalismy nic. Napoje tylko z koncentratu. Ostatnie 3 dni to ciagle braki napojow w barach min. piwa i mocnych alkoholi. Pracownicy baru przy Aquaparku nie mieli ochoty pracowac albo ich nie bylo. Jedzenie monotonne najnizszej jakosci. Niedomyta salata z piaskiem. Brak lodow mimo umowy. Woda z baniaka smierdziala chlorem. Przekaski to 2 budy rozrzucone na terenie kompleksu, w ktorych niemila obsluga rzadna napiwkow serwowala wstretnego gyrosa, hotdoga i hamburgera( mieso z hamburgera to jakas mielonka). Rozwolnienie mielismy po 4 dniu. Corka dodatkowo wymiotowala. Chorzy jestesmy jeszcze dwa dni po powrocie Meble w pokojach stare i poniszczone. Lazienka wymaga remontu.Wspolne WC nie do uzytku: brud, smród i ochyda. Baseny brudne, pelne piasku. Za malo lezakow i parasoli na plazy. Animacje glownie w Royal Park. Na pytanie gdzie jest silownia nikt nie potrafil mi udzielic odpowiedzi... Aquapark w polowie nieczynny, a w nim lodowata woda..do tego zniszczone dno basenu co grozi skaleczeniem. Łączenia slizgawek za szerokie i podczas zjazdu tną cialo. Na plus polozenie hotelu, nierozcienczane mocne alkohole. Polscy animatorzy zabierali codzienie dzieci na 2 h wiec mozna bylo wtedy skorzystac z water aerobiku i water polo
