Other than not being able to book in before 4 o'clock this place was fabulous. Even then they make it clear that the check-in time is not before 4. Very few staff in a clever way but everyone you were in touch with was excellent. This hotel is quirky but brilliant. The food in the bar/restaurant next door was excellent. The food quality was good and the lady heading up the show was superb. The receptionist at the Hotel was equally brilliant and up to the task of making sure we were comfortable. The only bad side was wifi which whilst available was very weak and in our room was only available in a small corner of the room. This can be sorted easily

Nicely decorated hotel, spacious room with big bathroom. Good shower, good comfy beds and with airconditioning, which was very nice as the country was in a heatwave. One big major disappointment was the noice of the wooden floor of the room above us. It was making a terrible noise which deprived us of our sleep. When we informed the lady at the reception about this, her reaction was that the hotel can’t be blamed with guests getting up early. She is not getting the point. Guests should be able to walk around the room without disturbing other guests. I would recommend the hotel to check the noise themselves.

We stayed on the top floor for a 3 night stay with our 3 year old son. Large Super King size bed with a fold-out next to it for our son, plenty of room for luggage. Room was modern and clean, beds were comfy, A/C effective, and bathroom spacious and contemporary (shower only, no bath). Our flight was delayed such that our arrival was past the last check-in time, and the staff were very accommodating, providing us a PIN code and room number via Whatsapp for night-time access. There is a nice lobby meeting area on the ground floor of the hotel for guests, and the restaurant is also on the ground floor accessed via exiting the building. Breakfast was not included but a worthwhile extra and reasonably priced. Dinner at the restaurant was great, especially the sirloin steak and croquetas - albeit non-Spanish speakers should note the servers did no speak English, and the service was good but at a typically Spanish pace. All-in-all a very nice stay and would happily recommend and stay again.

Très bel hôtel bien placé à Onati. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très calmes. La salle de bain est grande et bien équipée .Le restaurant est disponible dans le bâtiment avec un grand choix. Très bon petit déjeuner. Balade et randonnée pas loin

Por desgracia no puedo dar más que la puntuación mínima. El hotel está bien en sus instalaciones. Limpio y cuidado y en un entorno muy bonito. PERO. La insonorización es nula. Si estás en las habitaciones de la primera planta, por cierto, la nuestra era la habitación Deluxe, se oye caminar a las personas de la planta superior, tanto en la habitación como en el pasillo. Es como si sólo hubiera unas tablillas puestas en el techo. No es sólo que se oiga, es que cruje todo el techo. A las 7 de la mañana ya estás despierto y hasta las tantas de la noche no se puede dormir. Por lo tanto, un hotel donde no se puede descansar no merece más que la puntuación mínima.

Nos ha gustado y si podemos volveremos. Es confortable, tiene un olor muy agradable desde que entras. La habitación es grande y cómoda y tiene dos modelos de almohada para elegir. Buen acceso a las habitaciones con ascensor. Admiten macotas y tienen detalle con ellas, cama y chuches. Aunque no está en el centro tiene el bar y restaurante pegado, si te apetece un refresco o picar algo al finalizar el día es perfecto y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo.

albergo boutique recente. si presenta molto bene. parcheggio gratuito. zona tranquillisima. qualche aspetto negativo dovuto alla ristrutturazione. porte delle camere che non isolano per nulla. si sentono tutti i rumori del corridoio. luci a fianco del letto che non consentono di leggere. camera senza finestra , ma solo luci. prezzi modici.
