2nd time visiting this hotel. It has been renovated since our visit 2 years ago. It is so lovely! From reception to room cleanliness to breakfast and bar! Wow! The staff, so lovely. We felt very welcome. Will absolutely return! The sooner the better!

Be sure if you want to book this hotel you don’t get room 101. Just next to the elevator you can ‘enjoy’ in the evening, night and morning the terrible noice of the elevator. Which is situated against this room. The only compensation the hotelmanagent was willing to do is an upgrade next time.

Gem in an out of the way place
Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it.
Cannot really fault this place
The is an area just up the hill - the Old Town, almost a film set from Dickens well worth a wander around here too.

Hôtel dans le centre de Mondragon, donc proche de tout. Personnel très très agréable et souriant, que ce soit à la réception, au petit déjeuner oui encore le personnel de ménage. L'hôtel est très agréable, très chaleureux. les chambres sont bien équipées, très propres, et la literie est excellente. Vous avez un salon pour vous détendre, un espace de travail. Également thé et cafés sont à disposition gratuitement. Le mini bar est également a côté de la réception avec de l'eau des sodas et de la bière. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien fourni.

Situé en centre ville, cet hôtel a visiblement été rénové : chambre confortable, petit déjeuner type buffet. La réception ouverte de 7h à 23h. Éviter une chambre près de l'ascenseur ainsi qu'une donnant sur le restaurant car c'est bruyant. Si vous sortez relativement tôt en ville vous pourrez trouver un bar à tapas correct. Ici ce n'est pas la côte, les gens mangent assez tôt par rapport à des zones très touristiques. Étant venu en groupe de vacances, je ne connais pas le prix des chambres !

Trés bel établissement , bien situé en centre ville . Trés bon accueil . Les chambres sont spacieuses , modernes , ménage parfait et super bonne literie . Le petit déjeuner est copieux , avec de bons produits . Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent .

Ohea oso erosoa zen eta kaleetik ez zen ere entzuten, beraz oso ondo egin nuen lo. Oso modernoa da , eta espazioa oso ondo aprobetxatuta dago hotel bat egiteko. La cama era muy cómoda y no se escuchaba nada de las calles. Por eso dormí muy bien. Es muy moderno, y el espacio está muy bien aprovechado para hacer un hotel
