"The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean. We stayed in an accessible room with a wet room, and it was very comfortable and spacious (With the Premier Inn app, it is easy to book this type of room). Although there is no air conditioning, the room stays very cool. The hotel is a two-minute walk from McDonald's, KFC, and other places. It is also a two-minute drive from a petrol station. There is a restaurant next to the hotel; the food is decent enough, but the very friendly and attentive staff really make the difference. We will return to this hotel."

"The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us carry our bags to the room (there’s no lift, so it was highly appreciated). The room was spacious enough, with a big bathroom. Unfortunately there’s no luggage rack, just the chairs. It’s not the best if you have big or small trolleys. The breakfast was good, you can choose if you want to eat at the restaurant or in the room or if you’re in a hurry you can ask for a take away, nice options."

"The hotel's location is excellent. While Elgin isn't a large city, its central location made it easy to get anywhere. The accommodations weren't cleaned individually. The common area had a microwave and washing machine, which was useful for long-term stays. There's a supermarket (ALDI, Tesco) just five minutes away, and the bus terminal is also very close."

"We were having a weeks holiday in Scotland and wanted to incorporate a weekend visiting our son who lives and works in Elgin. He booked for us a few days at St. Michaels as it was only 5 minute's walk into the town, and also to his flat. On arrival, we were met by Hazel, the owner and shown to our room. The house is a former rectory which was converted to a guest house some 7 years ago. It is apparent that no expense was spared as the quality of everything was first class. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious very well furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The massive bed was super comfortable, and the shower on the en suite very powerful. The breakfast was also impressive, cooked fresh to order with as much choice as anyone could need. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely guest house, and would definitely return when we next visit the area."

"Great breakfast. Great location for us as we were attending a wedding. Church was walking distance then the reception was at the large more expensive hotel next door. Didn’t use the car once to get round town. Room could have done with a mirror in the main room as there was only one in the bathroom and would have benefited from a set of drawers as there was only furniture was modern but sparse. Both the room and bathroom were clean with bright white bedding and towels."
