Everything was good. It was first time but we will come again next year. Because animation team sercan and eren every day talk with us and they did everything super. We played dart and l won the game and l get special cocktails sercan speak very good English and German if you want to really spend unforgettable time you should come and play dart with sercan thanks for everything

We visited at Pascha bay with companion of 3 adults and 2 kids. During many many trips in past, we have never got as friendly and helpful service from hotel staff that was revceived in Pascha bay. Hotel itself was clean, despite it is already old, no complains about cleaning, in room or ij oublic areas. Food was good, some changies between days, for smaller kids I would have hoped more simple food often like Pizza/burgers/meatballs. Hotel room furniture would need some update in future. Great place for families, especially with smaller children

Great staff, great rooms, food is great but can be better, food is tasty but is lacking some variety. Cleaning I great and great drinks! Comfortable beds and not too noisy. Pool is varm and not too deep, great aqua Park if you get bored of the regular pool. Ayşenur is very friendly!

Great hotel, family friendly and approachable staff. Room is very big and spacious, large pool, great cocktails included in the all inclusive package. Right on the beach, sandy and clear water. Shoutout to Aysenur who was there to help whenever we needed!

I recently stayed at Tui Blue Pascha Bay in Alanya Turkey and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location, cleanliness, amenities, food were excellent and we particularly enjoyed interacting with all the staff who were pleasant and always on hand to help. The Tui Reps at the resort which I dealt with directly , Vill and Samir were brilliant. They were both so professional and polite and had a vast amount of knowledge of the area and recommended lots of things to do in Alanya. Vill also helped locate our lost luggage within 24 hours and provided outstanding customer service. He made the whole process of locating our luggage seamless and took all our stress away. Aysenur who is part of guest relations is another person I would like to mention. She is absolutely fantastic at her job. We were always greeted with a smile and she always made the effort to come speak with us and ask if everything was ok or if there was anything we needed help with. We thought this was a lovely gesture and this made the whole experience feel more personal but still very professional. Pascha bay are very lucky to have her as part of their team and we wish her all the success for the future. We travel quite frequently as a family but we were blown away by exceptional service of all the staff. Unfortunately I do not remember all the names but i would like to mention a few who really did stood out. Our cleaner Fatma, did a really good job cleaning our rooms and always made cute animals from the towels for our children who absolutely loved them. Front desk Samad and Sarkan were life savers when it came to late checkout. They helped us keep both our rooms until later on in the day and ensured we had sandwiches and drinks to take with us for our journey, which I thought was very thoughtful. The waiters were friendly and attentive. Hakkan was always on hand to make sure our drinks were topped up. He provided great service from the start of our stay till the end. He enjoyed interacting with everyone. Hasan Can, Akin and Adem were also very prompt and courteous. They always served us with a smile and had our drinks ready as soon as they would see us. They provided excellent customer experience. Naïf who was in the main restaurant always made great recommendations. His presence was always so incredible welcoming. We ate from The Taverna twice and the food there was delicious. We really enjoyed the Turkish food they served, it was wholesome, authentic and very flavourful. The waiters that served us Mehmet and Ugur were very attentive they checked in on us regularly. The on-site photographer is not pushy and does not harass you. We enjoyed our photoshoot and bought some beautiful photographs. Please take coral shoes for the beach, although it is stunning with clear water it is rocky. Last but most definitely not the least , the entertainment team here deserve all the recognition for making our stay that extra bit special. Alaana became best friends with our child
