The hotel was situated close to Newark airport and the shuttle ran every half hour which was convenient. The room itself was nice and the bed quite comfortable. Their breakfast was overpriced but was to be expected so close to the airport.
The staff in front were very nice and accommodating. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Hotel are very close to airport and free shuttle was provided. It was definitely value for money.
The staff were generally nice and friendly.
The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. I will recommend it.

The staff who helped me with my check in was not so friendly. The room is a bit old but overall cleanliness is good. It comes with heater, hair dryer and coffee machine. The coffee machine worked well that it provided us with warm water. We love it! The shuttle service is very punctual.

Convenient location with shuttle bus to airport. Checkin time too long (40 minutes between 9-10 pm).

Pretty good hotel to rest before connecting the early flight the next day. Very convenient to catch a NJ Transit coach service 112 to Port Authority Bus Terminal as well. Highly recommended if you’re laying over @ EWR.

We chose this hotel based on being an IHG and close to the Newark Airport. We tripped in to New York City daily
and learned to use the hotel shuttle bus, a couple of trains, the subway as well as Uber and Lift.
The staff at the airport were very friendly and helpful.

Location and customer service was good but room next elevator was so bad because elevator working and make noise all night long you can sleep and have musky smell in all hallways and rooms also room has noise air condition unit have turned off
