Overall not bad

As others have noted the staff here is excellent. I'm a frequent traveler and the service I frequently (don't) get recently is disappointing. But this hotel is 180 from that. I'm not sure which rooms that the other recent reviewers stayed in. I found the clean, well-kept and my room was very comfortable without any need for improvement. Yes, the elevator is apparently not working - so I was placed on the first floor. No problem for me. I have Titanium status and they treat elites very well at this hotel. You can't really upgrade at a Courtyard - but I still felt that they acknowledged my status. I had 2 - 2 night stays and no complaints. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly and helpful along with a comfortable room. Not sure what else I would need. :-)

It's good

This hotel is absolutely terrible. First, you cannot park your car in their parking lot unless you drive an SUV or some sort of lifted vehicle, their parking lot is absolutely destroyed and you will bottom out. Second, the staff that works here is the rudest I’ve ever experienced. We came in really late from out of town so when we checked in we asked for late checkout. Regular checkout is 11, they gave us until 11:30 then called us at 11:20 saying we needed to be out of the room even though we got late checkout. Then continued to call us two more times, the first time we picked up they hung up then the second time we picked up, the guy at the desk accused us of tampering with the phone so that he couldn’t call us. The room was disgusting and had a dried blood stain on the bed as well as dead bugs under the desk and under and around the AC unit. The AC unit was broken so it made a terrible and loud noise all night which kept my partner up all night. We tried to drown it out by turning the TV on but it only made the room that much louder. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, do not waste your money here!!

great place to stay for the whole family excellent customer service 24 hour security. restaurants across .the street .close to many shopping experiences minutes away from airport shuttle service available 24 7 too. its a great home atmosphere experiences .

The location is good. There is a Japanese supermarket on the opposite side and there is a big chain supermarket a little further away. About 15 minutes drive from the airport, there is an airport shuttle. The pick-up point for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is a bit complicated. It’s a bit complicated to ask which terminal it is. I searched for a long time before I found the bus center close to Terminal 2 to board the bus (opposite the boarding location) Hilton Hotel). The breakfast is okay, this is a very good one based on the American breakfast. The equipment in the room is perfect. Although the hotel is old, it doesn't smell. The hotel staff are also very kind. This is a very satisfying stay.

I have enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. It's probably less than 5 minutes from the mall and restaurants. Since the room has a kitchen there's a grocery store less than 5 minutes away too. The Busse Woods Forest Preserve is literally right across the street. So, if you like to take walks it's a great place to go. I like all of the staff here everyone is very helpful and friendly. Aimee is amazing and so is Edna, Tim, Martha at the front desk also Martha and Stanford who takes care of making sure the room is cleaned every 2 weeks. If you are looking for a nice quiet hotel with nearby shopping and eating then book here. The airport isn't too far away either maybe about 20 minutes and Downtown is about 30 minutes.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years or so. It is my go-to location when I don't need to stay in the city. It's right off I-90. About 30 minutes from the Wrigley area in normal traffic. Parking is free, unlike most O'Hare adjacent properties. Breakfast is included and very good with many options. The staff is competent. I have never had any problems. All the rooms I have had have been quiet, clean, and well-kept. My last stay was March 17, 2022 and I already have another reservation here in the near future. If you are driving and want to save some money visiting Chicago, this place is perfect.

I can't use enough adjectives to say what a wonderful time I had staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff very friendly. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again on my next trip.
