Welcome to our modern, cosy, and comfortable 3 x 2 x 2 Unit situated in the suburb of Ellenbrook. It may be small in size, but can comfortably sleep individuals, couples and small families/groups of up to 6 (5 Adults) There are 2 x bathrooms, which include a shower and toilet in both, unfortunately there is no bathtub. There are 3 x bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and features a wall mounted 32" smart tv. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a triple bunk bed (single on top and double on bottom) The unit features open plan living with access to all areas of the home. There is a small rear courtyard with an undercover patio which includes an outdoor dining setting with seating for 6. The living room has comfortable seating and also features a 55" Smart TV and the property also provides free Wi-Fi with high speed internet. In the laundry you will find a washer and dryer, or if you prefer there is a clothes basket and pegs to hang your washing on the clothes line in the small courtyard directly outside laundry. There is bed linen already on the beds, with a couple of extra pillows if required, and enough towels for 6. * Please note that we have provided some cleaning products (if required) in the kitchen and laundry, just to get you started. The kitchen has all you need for meal preparation, and dinnerware ie; cutlery/plates/bowls/cups/glasses etc..., for 6, and we have also included plastic ware for kids. It features a gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. * Please note we have provided some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cooking oil, and salt/pepper just to get you started. In the dining room, there is a wooden dining setting with seating for 6, and also a highchair if needed. There is secure/enclosed undercover parking for 2 x cars, with direct access into the unit, this is accessible with a remote or control on the wall inside garage. Strictly No Parking directly outside of the unit or in the driveway areas, please use parking bays outside on the street!!! If you have an extra vehicle or your visitors have vehicles, please use the designated parking bays on the street. The unit is cooled by a Ducted Evaporative Air Conditioning Unit, which cools the property, and we have also provided pedestal fans in each room, if required. There is a gas heater in the main living area and 3 x electric heaters in each bedroom, if required. The unit is in an ideal location, it's within walking distance to Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre, and within Ellenbrook's Shopping/Food/Business/Community areas. The unit is ideally located north/east of the CBD of Perth and is within distance to many nearby attractions/places to visit. It is located approximately 40 mins from Perth CBD, 30 mins from Perth Airport, less than 20 mins from closely located wineries/breweries in the Swan Valley area, 15 mins from Whiteman Park, which are just some of many nearby places of interest. Please note the closest beach is at least 60 mins away from Ellenbrook. To Our Possible Future Guests: Thank you again for your interest in our home, we hope that you will find the stay in our home a comfortable one and the suburb of Ellenbrook and surrounding areas an enjoyable one. Check In: After 3.00pm To Our Current Guests: Please leave the property clean and tidy, and in the state, it was presented you, so that others can enjoy it too. Please see below Check Out Requirements: Check Out: Before 10am 1) Wash, dry dishes and put away, and wipe down benches. 2) Place all recycling in Yellow Lid Bin and all other General Rubbish in the Green Lid Bin. 3) Please take all of your Food and Beverages from Cupboards and Fridge with you or dispose of in the bins. 4) Place all dirty towels in the Laundry Basket. 5) Please turn off aircon, heaters, lights, electrical appliances etc... 6) Finally, please lock all windows and doors and return keys/garage remote to the hook behind the microwave and pull the door firmly shut when you leave, the door will lock automatically.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Noise between 9pm and 8am, please be considerate of neighbours, as the surrounding properties are within very close proximity..Strictly No Parking directly outside of our unit or within the driveway areas, please park in outside park bays or nearby streets!!.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
