Overall the condition of the room was not good, the ac unit was not functioning properly and the room smelled of smoke.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Facility was relatively clean and quiet. Room had clearly been smoked in, in fact a sealed window had been opened to air it out. Toilet ran constantly, which is silly because that's an easy fix, just needed a new flapper. Peeling paint in bathroom, and the exhaust fan was dead. With some better maintenance this would have been a nicer stay.

Most of the breakfast items were finished without charging.

The hotel is surrounded by shopping AMC theaters and lots of restaurant options are all walkable. The girl that ran breakfast in the morning was super nice. Had a great conversation with everybody and did her job above and beyond the place is very safe. Highly recommended.
