"The traditional British-style building is very British. Suitable for tourism and business travel. Although the door is not very big and the lighting was poor last night, it is in line with British cultural traditions. Breakfast was good!"

📍 Stuntney Causeway, Stuntney, Ely

"Another lovely stay at Old Hall Ely. Amazing building. Stayed in a different room to previous stays. Couple of maintenance issues, cld be easily rectified. Slight disappointment, no toiletries to take away, can understand environment issues but at this price range wld be nice to have some perks Beautiful bedding. Very comfortable couple nights. Superb cooked breakfast. No restaurant option on both our evenings. Tried the charcuterie boards one evening, was more than adequate. Sitting by the beautiful log fires throughout the hall. A car a must as need to go out and about, unless working or happy to sit and read all day. Took the opportunity to Christmas shop in nearby Cambridge and Bury st Edmund’s. Staff really friendly."

Lamb Hotel by Greene King Inns ★★★
"The soundproof floor makes it feel like the guests walking back and forth upstairs are creaking and it feels like the floor is about to collapse. It’s not an exaggeration at all. If the guests are walking back and forth upstairs and don’t sleep, you will never be able to rest. I’ve really stayed there so many times. In the hotel, I didn’t find that there was such a loud noise from the floor, and it even felt very dangerous. I suggest you work harder. If you don’t have an elevator to carry your luggage to the third floor, don’t stay on the second floor. It’s okay to check the room during the day, but As long as the guests upstairs walk back and forth at night, the noise you feel is unimaginable. It makes you want to go crazy in pain. After staying up until one o'clock, you can't tell the staff on the first floor, and you don't know what she said to the customers upstairs. I didn’t mention it. When I went down to look for it, the door locks were all locked. The staff saw me pushing the door back and forth and helped me coordinate. After I went back to the room, it was just as noisy as before. It was really painful. The feeling that the floor is about to fall is no exaggeration!"

Poets House ★★★★
"The hotel that sent the children to school is very close to the school, (of course, the whole town of Erie is very small) is very close to where to walk. The room is bigger than the average room in the UK, the facilities in the room are complete, and the service staff are very warm and friendly. In this quiet and peaceful town, it is also beautiful to be in a daze when it rains"

The High Flyer ★★★
"The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. It's actually located in the city center, and I remember there were only six rooms. Going up the stairs wasn't great, as there was no elevator, but a particularly handsome guy helped me carry my luggage up. I stayed in room number six, and it felt like being in a small town – very pleasant, like a secluded paradise."

The Nyton Guesthouse ★★★★
"The design is very stylish and it's very clean. However, the paths in the courtyard are quite muddy. The service is average; the receptionist has a heavy English accent, and the breakfast service is just so-so."

Riverside Inn ★★★★
"This room needs to be checked in after 3pm, but you can store your luggage if you arrive early. The reception staff is very enthusiastic. The house is clean and very spacious, a typical British room. The surrounding environment is really beautiful, it is worth spending a day to appreciate it slowly. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast coffee is very, very delicious, and the lady's craftsmanship is really good! The only unpleasant thing is that the Ctrip staff forwarded incomplete information about the store, which caused us to wait outside for a long time. The store also felt troublesome and needed to manually verify the information before opening the door."

The Old Warehouse Ely ★★
"I stayed in an absolutely stunning apartment, perfect in every way. I was there during the "hottest ever" June, and Keith tried to help in every way. Fans when we needed them. Centrally located, 6 or7 minutes walk from the (beautiful) Ely Cathedral. 1 minute walk from the Ely Museum. 5 minutes from the market place. Loads of decent places to eat nearby. Some nice places for a "quiet pint" too. What a place to stay! Just wonderful. I considered trying to claim "Squatter's rights"."
