Emei Mountain and Courtyard. Jingzhu Shiguang Hot Spring Hotel

Wonderful stay at this siheyuan hotel in Emei. The room was very clean, with a private hot spring and projector for movies. Beautiful, peaceful courtyard and a healthy breakfast with good variety. Loved the two cute cats! The staff were very hospitable and upgraded us to a family room with two double beds, which comfortably fit 2 adults and 1 child. Will definitely return. 在峨眉这家四合院酒店的住宿体验非常棒。房间很干净，有私人温泉和投影仪。庭院漂亮又安静，早餐健康且种类丰富。还有两只很可爱的猫！老板很热情，还帮我们升级到家庭房，两张双人床足够2大1小入住。下次来峨眉一定会再订。

Such a clean and beautiful hotel! Every corner is thoughtfully decorated with flowers to add on to the charm of the place. The staff was warn and was very helpful to give me tips for eating and travelling. The reception helped me to arrange for my luggage to be delivered to the hotel first so that I have more time to visit the Golden Summit as soon as I reached the train station. The breakfast was nutritious and had a good selection, even freshly cooked noodles. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.
