Wanted to give 5/5 for service, however reception staff during check in was not very friendly in service. So only 4/5 Other staff service excellent (example hotel driver, hotel porter, doormen, breakfast staff) Good breakfast. Wide selection. Good quality Food. Con : weak WiFi , poor TV programmes Shower good : strong hot and cold water.

Older hotel but nice big property and unlimited bottled water. Station pick up and drop off worked well. 15mins easy walk to the baoguo tourist centre to go up emei.

Good old hotel. A good exp with the hotel.

Hotel should upgrade , staff should give pay rise or bonus . Great attitude and service . Great facilities

The hotel is really nice. You will find all you need. Service is beyond amazing especially the shuttle bus driver. Make sure to try the hot spring water it’s worth it.

Hotel is grand. Staff service is good especially 欧阳波。Location is nice and zen. Particularly like their hot spring and it's cuisine. Will come back again if can.

Hotel location is super good. It is near to BaoGuo temple and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to offer their kind help, especially Ms Zhang and Xiao Mei. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We’d likely to come back again.

Amazing stay!

The buffet has tofu pudding Facilities: The facilities inside the room are old, it would be better if they can be renovated Double Red Pearl Forest Hot Spring: Not bad, but only 6 pools are open, probably because of the off-season Service: The housekeeper is very good, pick-up and drop-off service, and the attitude is good The breakfast dishes are rich, but the taste is not good. To be honest, it is a bit disappointing to the food in Emei. I hope it can be improved. The rest of the hotel is OK.

The hotel is in a good location, at the entrance of Mount Emei, with few commercial facilities around, about a 20-minute walk. The hotel covers a large area, an old state guesthouse, old room facilities, ok hygiene, friendly service staff, hot springs, but I personally feel that the sanitary facilities are relatively poor. The hotel's outdoor environment is great, the scenery is beautiful, and it is suitable for leisure and vacation.

I am very satisfied with the service of my colleagues at the pick-up station, the service of Manager Xu, the front desk colleagues in Building 7, the Chinese restaurant colleagues in Building 7, and the floor waiters. The hotel has a good location, the natural landscape is quiet and beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the hardware in Building 7 is new, and the hot spring is good. The guy who helps cook hot and sour noodles for breakfast in Building 5 is also very nice.

In general, I stayed in several hotels in Mount Emei this time, and this Hongzhushan deserves a five-point praise! Their park is very large, not far from the tourist center! You can enjoy the lake view in the hotel, and you can experience copying scriptures when you stay. You can visit Chiang Kai-shek's official residence. The environment for copying the Heart Sutra is very comfortable, especially the teacher Xiao Zhang is very kind, and the follow-up customer manager service is also good! You can take a circular shuttle bus to and from the hot springs, a six-seater business car, and the experience is good! The breakfast variety is very rich, there is also tofu pudding, especially the oil-splashed fish in the restaurant in Building 7 is delicious! The room is in the state guest style, which meets the needs of accommodation. If you come to Mount Emei again in the future, their home will be the first choice for staying.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with a great environment. You can walk to Baoguo Temple. The hotel has many additional services, and the free pick-up and drop-off at Emeishan Station is particularly convenient. I like the free hot springs indoors and outdoors very much, and the whole stay is a satisfactory experience. I upgraded to the lake view room in Building 5 when I checked in. The balcony has a pleasant view, there are swans in the lake, and there are walking trails by the lake for a walk. What needs to be praised is the hotel's service guide butler. Miss Gao served us. She was very enthusiastic. After checking in, she guided us to the room and informed us in detail about the main transportation matters for traveling to Emeishan. She also added WeChat to provide consulting services. Every time we asked, we gave a satisfactory answer in time. It was a very satisfactory service process. Before leaving the hotel, Miss Gao also specially introduced us to the official residence where Chiang Kai-shek lived, which increased the historical memory of the hotel. Although the decoration style of the room in Building 5 of the hotel is a bit old, it is not old-fashioned overall, especially the lobby style and surrounding environment. It is definitely a very cost-effective hotel.

I took advantage of the early spring to travel to Mount Emei with my friends. The hotel is also in the forest. The environment is really great. It is at the foot of the scenic area, with very convenient transportation. The room facilities are complete, the room layout is reasonable, and the style of the state guesthouse is very good. The hotel is adjacent to Luofeng Qingyun, one of the ten scenic spots in Emei. The hotel also has a hot spring club and many large and small hot spring pools, which make people feel relaxed and comfortable. The hotel is also equipped with butler-style service. From check-in to check-out, they are very enthusiastic and explained some precautions for going up the mountain. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is great. It is a very good experience. Next time you come to Mount Emei, it's a good forest hotel!
