Emei Mountain Hot Spring Hotel

The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Emei, making it convenient for hiking. It has its own restaurant, and there are many other dining options nearby. The Lingxiu hot spring is quite good, and having the entry ticket included with the stay is a great deal. The staff are warm, patient, and always happy to help. They also offer overnight luggage storage, which is very helpful for guests planning to stay on the mountain.

I was a little nervous when booking the room because it said the bunk beds for children were 1.1 meters wide. However, in the room we stayed in, the lower bunk was 1.5 meters and the upper bunk was 1.1 meters. Our two younger children slept on the lower bunk, and the oldest fit perfectly on the upper bunk. The kids were very happy with the room. We also received a fruit platter with fresh, pre-washed apples and pears. The best part was that the room rate included hot spring access for four people, making it an excellent value for money. I honestly don't think you can find a hotel of this quality and price in the Chongqing area. We're planning to come back for the May Day holiday or summer vacation. On the second day of our stay, the hotel even had parent-child activities in the morning. There were also some outdoor play areas for children, but we didn't have time to try them out because we were rushing to go hiking. The lobby manager was also exceptionally kind, guiding us all the way to our building. The breakfast definitely deserves the highest praise. Our whole family thought it was incredibly rich and diverse. My oldest even took photos and posted them on WeChat Moments, making his classmates envious and joking that 'dogs don't deserve to eat so well.' Parking was convenient too.

The rooms are a bit older as they've been renovated in the past, but they're well-maintained. It's right next to the hot springs, just a 3-minute walk away. The service is excellent, definitely recommend it! Plus, the shuttle bus to Mount Emei is super close, only a 5-minute walk.

Xiao Lei provided excellent service. The hotel's facilities and services were great, and they even upgraded my room, which included a hot spring bath. The breakfast spread was extensive. My only minor complaint was that the central AC wasn't on during this season, making it a bit warm in the room, but everything else was good.

On the sixth day of the ***** New Year, the mist in Mount Emei still carried the festive scent of the season. As our group of six (my parents, in-laws, my 8-year-old son, and I) dragged our luggage into the lobby of Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel, Manager Wan's smile was like a warm cup of ginger tea, instantly dispelling the fatigue of our long road trip. We had originally booked three standard rooms, but seeing our family structure, Manager Wan proactively said, 'Rooms are tight during Chinese New Year, so we're upgrading and adjusting your rooms.' He pays attention to details; he turns 'service' into genuine 'care.' Over the next two days, Manager Wan's 'care' was evident in every little detail. He looked after the elderly, was thoughtful with our child, and catered to our needs with such meticulous attention that we felt a profound sense of warmth and homeliness. Every day, fresh milk was delivered to our room. When we left, everyone was reluctant to go and looked forward to visiting again! Finally, I want to say a big thank you to the entire team at Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel for their thoughtful care! We've stayed in many hotels during Chinese New Year, but Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel's service truly made us feel 'at home.' Especially Manager Wan – he isn't just a 'manager'; he's more like a 'family member.' He remembered the habits of the elderly, understood the child's preferences, and kept every request to heart. If you're bringing elderly family members and children to Mount Emei, you must choose Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel. Not only are the hot springs very comfortable, but it's because of people like Manager Wan that your trip isn't just about 'accommodation' but a 'warm memory.' Next time, we're definitely looking for Manager Wan again!

The 1.3-meter bed was a bit small for our family of two adults and two children. The highlight was definitely the unlimited hot spring access; the kids absolutely loved it! The water activities were fun and really added to the festive atmosphere. We're planning to come back with the kids and grandparents when the slides open in the summer. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choices for both adults and children, thumbs up! 👍
