The hotel's location is excellent, just 900m from the scenic area, easily reachable on foot. It's also close to many great restaurants, with many must-try spots within 200m. The environment and service were both impeccable, and any issues were patiently resolved. Enjoying breakfast with a view of the mountains was truly delightful. I'll definitely be back!

The room was very clean and quite spacious. The view was also great, with a direct sight of the mountains and the Golden Summit. The service was excellent, and they even arranged high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off.

Let's start with the positives: the kids had a blast and loved spending all their time at the hotel. We were also quite pleased with the surroundings and the service. However, for a family-friendly hotel, I felt the indoor play facilities were a bit lacking. Also, there was a minor issue with the design of the outdoor educational activity—having the kids use real hooks and bait to catch goldfish wasn't great. First, real fishhooks could easily cause accidental injuries, and second, the goldfish were quite stressed, making them impossible to catch anyway.

This was my third stay at Le Méridien, and during the National Day holiday, my family booked three rooms for two consecutive nights. The hotel's capacity to handle holiday guests was clearly insufficient. We arrived at 3 PM for check-in, but the rooms weren't ready. One of the rooms wasn't available until 4:30 PM. All three rooms faced the parking lot downstairs, offering poor views and little privacy. Furthermore, we had booked the check-out shuttle service a day in advance, but no vehicle was arranged at the scheduled time. Overall, the experience was subpar. We hope the hotel will improve its room allocation and service management during peak seasons to enhance its holiday guest reception.

On September 30th, our family of four traveled to Mount Emei and chose Le Méridien based on recommendations. Upon arrival, we found that everything, from the pre-arranged pick-up/drop-off service at the high-speed rail station to the hotel's facilities, met 5-star standards. The hotel offers a rich array of activities for families, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and an outdoor children's playground, making it perfect for kids. Dining and beverage options are comprehensive, and breakfast is also excellent. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Huguo Temple Tourist Center in Mount Emei (the bus stop for the Leipingping bus), and bus stops for routes 5 and 12 (which go to Fuhu Temple and Huguo Temple) are right outside the entrance. During the National Day holiday, they even offered a special child-focused study and care package for 46 yuan per person, keeping kids engaged from 1 PM to 5:30 PM!

The scenery is absolutely stunning, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. I had a wonderful trip, and the breakfast was delicious. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It's excellent value for money! The customer service manager, Krystal, is beautiful and kind-hearted. She patiently helped us and had a fantastic service attitude. I think her smile is absolutely gorgeous! I'll definitely stay here again on my next vacation! I'm really looking forward to it.

Excellent! They also offer airport pickup, and the hotel is very close to Mount Emei with plenty of dining options nearby. The entire hotel is quite peaceful, and the restaurant is fantastic, offering both beautiful views and delicious food. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. You can even see Mount Emei from the room.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It's also very close to Baoguo Temple. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The hotel has a small lake inside and a larger one outside, perfect for a relaxing walk after dinner. There's also a food street nearby with plenty of dining options. The gym has a good selection of equipment, and the swimming pool is clean and not crowded, which was a pleasant surprise. It's the kind of hotel where you could easily stay for days without getting bored. The staff were very responsive and friendly. While the breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as a Marriott, it still offered a good variety. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; our room was above the kids' play area, but we couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. One suggestion I have is that it would be even better if the rooms came with disposable bathtub liners and bath salts.

This stay made me feel like it wasn't worth the money at all. I specifically chose a hotel connected to Le Meridien Emei Mountain, and it truly disappointed me. I even changed my plans and went back to Chongqing earlier. 1: On the first day of arrival, the security guard at the hotel entrance didn't help us with our luggage. A chubby security guard with glasses stood there like a log. 2: The room carpet was very dirty, and the floor underneath the carpet was also very dirty. It might be due to the hotel's renovation, but the carpet didn't fit snugly with the edges of the room at all. 3: The hotel's engineering department has big problems. The entire maintenance felt dilapidated. I can understand that the hotel is old, but I cannot understand why it's so broken and dirty. 4: What's commendable is the service staff in the breakfast restaurant. There was a gentleman, who seemed to be a manager, whose service was exceptionally good. He actively helped us clear the table and brought us cutlery. 5: When checking in at the front desk, they said they upgraded our room type. Is such a bad room type an upgrade? This part wasn't an upgrade at all. The hotel didn't proactively introduce any activities either; we had to ask ourselves to be informed. This kind of service is too passive and doesn't meet the standards of an international five-star hotel. It's terrible. 6: The most unbearable thing was at 1:39 AM, the lights outside the door suddenly turned on. At 1:59 AM, all the lights in the room turned on, and the TV turned on by itself. This severely affected our rest and sleep. I'm speechless. I will never stay at Le Meridien Emei Mountain again. Everyone, please avoid this place.

The room was very clean and well-soundproofed, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The park next to it is huge, so we could even take the kids for a stroll in the morning. The only downside: Building 2 was too far away.

The environment is comfortable, very close to the visitor center, the service is excellent, and the mountain view is great.

This was a fantastic stay, the hotel excelled in every aspect. Both the硬件 (hard facilities like decoration) and 软性配套 (soft amenities like services) were excellent, and the service attitude of all hotel staff was So So So Sweet. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Emei Mountain.

The hotel facilities are decent, and the environment is quite good, with the window directly facing the 'Famous Mountains of the World' (Tianxia Mingshan). The overall service is also not bad. The high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service was especially convenient. However, there were a bit few daily amenities in the room, and even after requesting more, there wasn't much improvement.
