"We stayed in an interconnecting family room. The first room we were provided had a terrible smell coming from one bedroom - smelt like a dead animal in the aircon. The lady from the office was working solo but was amazing - they were fully booked however due to the length of our stay she was able to shuffle a few rooms around and get us moved. She was running back and forward from the reception to the room trying to fix the smell for the next guest. She went above and beyond that's for sure. Apart from that the rooms were lovely. The grounds were well kept. The pool was a bit shaded and needs a few chairs. The proximity to the pub and a few takeaway places was great. It was such a quiet place to stay. Loved it."
